There is no ecommerce shopfront on this website as my business is based on relationships and creating pieces for individual people. With a quick discussion or email exchange you can tell me what you want. I will design something and send you a photo so you can see what the concept will look like. I will also get the size so it fits perfectly.
Please reach out to me with your question or any requests via the contact me buttons at key points on the website. I will generally respond to you within 24 hours.
There is no ecommerce shopfront on my site for you to enter your credit card directly. I use PAYID which is simple for you to use, very secure and there are no transaction fees for you or for me.
Whilst the main purpose of the items show a on the website are to give you inspiration for your special piece, all items are for sale unless noted otherwise. They can all be changed or resized as required.
Silver Martini is based in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, Australia. I generally work locally but will ship Australia-wide. Will ship anywhere in Australia (costs around $5 for earrings or a bracelet (necklace slightly more) including secure packaging and that is an additional cost to your order.
All prices shown in AUD (Australian dollars). The cost of the materials changes (e.g. price of precious metals like silver, exchange rate etc.) and also depending on what you want I need to calculate the cost. Please note that most of the people I deal with are friends and family and I charge very fair prices for Silver Martini items. We will agree a price up front so you know the cost before you place the order.
Each Silver Martini piece is lovingly packaged into a classy and secure box so it’s protected and can be stored properly. Check out the Packaging to see what this looks like.
There are no returns for commissioned pieces. We work together until you're happy with it and based on customer information so far everyone has been very happy. In terms of quality, please see quality tab here as I will fix it if you break it.
