These are hand cut, patterned, and domed (size 1.5 * 1.5 cm) and they look great with everything.  No two pairs are the same.  

My own design that comes in a range of different sizes and gemstones.  As shown hexagon shape, hand cut, patterned and domed with tigers eye and two Bali silver feature beads each side.  

Polished sterling silver letter disc mounted on a larger patterned sterling silver disc (2 cm).  Looks lovely when hung on a sterling silver chain or could be hung on a leather choker.
